Changelog

New features, improvements, and fixes.

Major feature

Schedule interviews with automatic calendar invites

Scheduling an interview now books a calendar event for a candidate with one or more interviewers. Binary creates the Google Calendar invite with a Google Meet link by default, and can attach a feedback link for the interviewers.

Open a candidate from the Responses page, go to the Interviews tab, and click Schedule Interview. Pick interviewers, a date and time, and a Meet link or location. The invite goes out automatically.

Major feature

Take-home assignments

An assignment is a small, reusable questionnaire you build once on a form. A name, an optional description, and a set of questions you can send to any candidate on that form. Think of it as a take-home exercise: a coding challenge, a writing sample, or a set of follow-up questions.

Open Manage assignment forms from a form's Assignments tab to build one. Building assignments is free on every plan.

Major feature

Employee referrals

Referrals let teammates, and people you invite as Referrers, recommend candidates for open roles. Referred candidates land in your pipeline with the referrer attached, so you always know where a candidate came from.

Richer job descriptions

Job descriptions now support headings, lists, links, images, and YouTube videos, so a posting can look the way it does in your head. Drop in a team photo or a walkthrough video and the careers page renders it beautifully.

Rich job description editor

Everything is edited inline. Type / in the editor to see what you can add.

Fixed resume previews for large files

Resume previews no longer fail for large PDF files, and previews load noticeably faster across the responses table and the candidate view.
