Post your open forms to LinkedIn

What it is

This integration "Share your live jobs with LinkedIn" - it feeds your live forms to your LinkedIn company page so they appear as jobs there automatically. It's a Business-plan, admin-only integration under Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn. To keep one specific job off LinkedIn without disconnecting the whole integration, turn off "Show on LinkedIn page" in that job's form settings.

This posts your jobs out to LinkedIn - it doesn't pull anything from candidates' LinkedIn profiles.

Connect

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → the LinkedIn row (Business plan; otherwise it shows Upgrade).
2. Enter your Company ID (numeric; required).
3. Check "I confirm I've enabled job listings on our LinkedIn company page" - LinkedIn only accepts jobs from companies that have turned this on, so Connect stays disabled until you check it.
4. Click Connect - you'll see "LinkedIn connected successfully." Your live jobs start feeding to LinkedIn.

Disconnect

Click Disconnect and confirm - "Disconnect LinkedIn?" / "Your open jobs will no longer be shared to LinkedIn. You can reconnect anytime."

Why a job isn't on LinkedIn

Open the job's form settings (gear icon) and check the "Show on LinkedIn page" toggle. If it's off and greyed out, hover it to see the exact reason - for example, that the job needs a title or description, or that it needs to be reopened to submissions. Fix what the tooltip says and the job is picked up on the next sync.

If the toggle is on but the job still hasn't appeared, it's most likely LinkedIn's own sync schedule: LinkedIn re-syncs job posts in a window of up to about four hours, so a listing can show stale details for a while after you edit it. Binary shows your edit immediately either way.

Notes & limits

• Only jobs that are accepting submissions are shared to LinkedIn; drafts and closed jobs aren't.

Connecting LinkedIn requires checking a box confirming job listings are enabled on the company page; trying to connect without it fails with "Please confirm you've enabled job listings on your LinkedIn company page." Re-editing an already-connected workspace's Company ID or poster email doesn't require re-checking the box.

The first time a job created in the last 24 hours is skipped for a missing title or missing description, Binary emails the job's creator once about it (not for other reasons, since those are visible in the product). It won't email again for that job unless the job re-enters the feed and then drops out for a content reason again.

A YouTube video in a job description becomes a plain watch link in the LinkedIn listing rather than a playable embed. Nothing is lost, but don't promise the video plays on LinkedIn.
